From humble beginnings as farmers and corn merchants based in Longton at Park Farm, Barry & Carol formed North Western Employment Services from a small office on Bury New Road in Prestwich, Manchester.
Saw the integration of truck hire into the employment agency, this allowed drivers to be supplied with a truck to industry, revolutionary at the time, and operated from the farm in Longton. 1986 saw the opening of the first Preston office in the Longton family farm.
Saw the purchase of numerous sites around Preston. Peel View Garage, a two acre site in Longton which is now the Maintenance Depot for the Trailer Rental and Sales Division. The 8 and 1/2 site in Much Hoole renamed to Longton Business Park, Which allowed the company to expand it's operation in warehousing and then became the location of the head office. Thirdly, the purchase of Midge Hall Station Yard to help expand the business.
Saw the sale of the Manchester recruitment office and integration into the head office at Longton. By 2010 the head office at Longton had developed a trailer rental division and a sales division which gave the opportunity to offer the rental trailers for sale during the process of upgrading the fleet.
Saw the opening of the state of the art DVSA MOT Testing Station, starting as a 1 lane drive through facility and later being upgraded into a 4 lane MOT and IVA test facility. Over the years, Braymale has grown into a large, diverse one stop shop and supplies many industries across the UK.
Celebrating 40 years of growth, investment and commitment to a vast and varied network of business and industry, cements the bench mark for the next 40 years.

Barry & Carol stay actively involved in the company, but leave most of the day to day running of the company to their management team.
